Customer says money has been collected but I have not received the order.

This is normally because the customer has not entered their correct address when using your website or someone has fraudulently used a card.

You may see the order in the GREEN failed screen on your admin.

If this is the case, the customer's card has been declined but the amount has been reserved by the bank. This will NOT be collected and will be returned to the customer in a few working days.
